When Gorelick & Associates was founded in 1983, few
networks, if any, existed.
First Interview was one of the first
networks that truly understood the importance of networking and relationships.
The power of one firm, with one recruiter, who knew only one discipline, could
now meet more candidates, faster, from around the country. The net result was
each recruiter could work on more assignments at one time. With the development
of technology, soon came an electronic link connecting multiple offices that
could then share people as well as job openings from day to day. Now the
internet becomes the vehicle to which information is shared and again we are at
the beginning of such development to take advantage of technology to benefit
our clients and candidates.
